While the graphics are definitely impressive for mobile and easily on par with PS3 graphics, its accelerometer steering is still something I find very difficult to grasp. The team put that into consideration as well – controller configurations include a tap-to-steer option for those that feel more comfortable with a D-pad style controller. However, i found various options still not sensitive enough to inputs. Still, the game is entertaining and well thought out in many ways. A particularly surprising addition is a handbrake button that is pretty effective to initiate some really entertaining drifts. Assoluto Racing's JDM-centric car roster also adds that extra flavor to the game that really encourages sideways action. I've been able to link drifts around an S-turn, but manji drifts are dizzying and can definitely unravel pretty damn quickly. Overall, seasoned mobile racing gamers will be able to enjoy Assoluto Racing a lot. The graphics, car selection, and drifting phyics are definitely a lot of fun. That said, as a guy that can never get used to tilting a phone to steer, I am definitely going to stick to my Logitech G29 wheel.

The update has added a new racetrack, time sections (which help see where on the track you need to improve), a dashboard camera (which is my favorite way to race) as well as improvements in the game's physics with stronger grip at minimal steer angle and bump physics for the surfaces outside the track. There are also some UI changes and, of course, the usual bug fixes, the biggest being adjusting premium currency prices for tuning upgrades. Finally, the visuals have been improved, always a welcome addition even if the visuals already looked good. The game’s economy is the worst thing since Real racing 3 not only is it difficult to earn credits you pay a portion of your gold to upgrade and buy cars so insted of a 120,000 credit car you pay 120,000 and 356 gold coins just for a car it’s ridiculous trying to earn coins in the game too. The game is very repetitive set a race time , earn your credits repeat until u have enough credits for the car then watch more than 24 hours of ads just to get a new car.
